4 WORKOUTS A WEEK
Your program will come with 4 group sessions a week, plus some added freebie workouts if you are feeling zealous and a gym membership so you can use our gym at your convenience too!
WORKOUTS AROUND YOUR SCHEDULE:
We have a wide variety of workouts to choose from 7 days a week including our core LIFT workouts at 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 10:15am, 4:30pm and 5:30pm.
NEW LIFT "LITE" CLASS:
We will have a private new class at 9am Monday and Wednesdays, designed to give clients safe options if they are working around any physical limitations.
